ABOUT CHEF REGINALD
Chef Reginald started his career as a culinary artist 21 years ago in Cleveland, OH. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Reginald moved to Ohio at the age of six with his family.
Chef Reginald’s passion for cooking came from watching his parents cooking everything from scratch. From his father’s coconut bread to his mother’s West Indian cuisine. This sparked inspiration and he started cooking at the sweet, tender age of nine.
Chef Reginald has the upper-hand compared to most chefs being born in Trinidad and raised in the United States, he’s able to incorporate both spices and herbs into one from both countries.
